Made to Order pieces or styles marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return/exchange. A $20 restocking fee will apply per return/exchange for insured return shipping. International terms apply. Processing Time
In-stock orders placed before 6 AM ET ship same business day; after, next business day. Made to Order pieces follow the stated lead time. Mixed-availability orders ship when all items are ready. Jane does not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Expedited shipping does not expedite the required production and processing periods. Learn more →
Insured Shipping
Your order will be shipped with with insured shipping. All shipments $500+ requires a signature upon delivery. Client is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Jane due to several failed delivery attempts. For international orders, prices and shipping fees do not include Import and Customs Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs, brokerage or other fees that may be levied by the destination country.
