Shipping Fees
We offer two international shipping services for over 185 countries around the world:
- International Economy: Complimentary on orders over $500; $59 for all other orders. Please allow 3–10 business days to receive your pieces (once shipped).
- International Express: Complimentary on orders over $5,000; $79 for all other orders. Please allow 2–6 business days to receive your pieces (once shipped).
Our international shipping fees reflect only the actual cost charged to us by the carrier for insured shipping.

Order Processing
In-stock orders received before 6:00 AM ET Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same day (when all products in the order are in-stock). In-stock orders placed after 6:00 AM ET Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the following business day (when all products in the order are in-stock). Jane does not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Items ordered together may not always ship together. Mixed-availability orders will ship once all items are ready to ship (you can contact us to ship ahead in-stock pieces for an additional shipping fee). Made to Order pieces will follow the lead time noted prior to purchase. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing during holiday periods due to high order volumes.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a link to track your shipment, where you will find the estimated delivery date.

Customs/Duties
For orders delivered outside the United States, prices and shipping fees do not include Import and Customs Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs, brokerage or other fees that may be levied by the destination country. Jane is not responsible for these fees, nor for customs-related delivery delays.
The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
We are required to accurately declare the full value of your purchase on all customs forms by law. We are unable to modify this amount.

Transit Delays
Delivery times for international orders can vary based on the destination. Please allow additional time for your package to arrive. Jane is not a shipping carrier and does not transport packages; therefore, we are not responsible for any delays that occur while your order is in transit with the carrier.
