Jewelry, by nature, is delicate. If your Jane creation ever requires restoration or maintenance, our skilled artisans are available to provide a lifetime of repair and care services.
Within the first 60 days from the date of delivery, we offer complimentary repairs for eligible items only in regards to rare qualifying manufacturing defects.
If your piece requires service beyond the 60-day warranty window, or if the issue falls outside of what the warranty covers, a nominal repair fee will be applied. Costs vary based on the specific service required and generally begin at $25 (plus two-way insured shipping).
Service Process
1. Online Service Request
Begin by submitting a Service Request Form on our website. You will provide details about your Jane creation and the type of repair needed. One of our Client Advisors will review your request and contact you via email to confirm your repair, the projected timeline, and the estimated cost.
2. Expert Evaluation
Once your piece is received, our expert jewelers conduct a thorough examination. This ensures all repairs—whether resizing, cleaning, stone replacement, or restoration—are performed with precision and accuracy.
3. Repair Service
Most of our repair services cost $25-50, plus the cost of two-way insured shipping.
4. Quality Assurance
Every repaired creation undergoes a final inspection to ensure it meets our strict standards for craftsmanship, durability, and beauty.
5. Return Shipping
Completed pieces are securely packaged and shipped back to you. You may have it shipped back with a required signature confirmation upon request for peace of mind.
6. Ongoing Care
We provide guidance on maintaining your jewelry’s beauty over time, including proper storage, cleaning, and periodic inspections to prevent future wear.
