Together with Jane's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, they govern our relationship with you in relation to this Website and your purchase of Product(s) from the Website. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these Terms of Sale, you will not be able to order any Product(s) from our Website.

You may have other rights granted by mandatory law, and these Terms of Sale do not affect these except if the two are inconsistent. If this is the case then these Terms of Sale will override any other rights which you may have, unless this is not permitted by law.

1.   PRODUCTION LEAD TIME:   Regardless of the lead time listed on the product page, all Made to Order jewelry orders are subject to the current volatile conditions of international customs, rapidly shifting tariffs/duties/import taxes, and unpredictable overseas shipping which can result in supply chain delays (such as prolonged customs processes) that are entirely out of Jane's control or purview. For this reason, Client understands that any Made to Order jewelry can take up to ten (10) weeks to dispatch to Client from the date of purchase. Client acknowledges and understands that such delays are entirely out of Jane's control and the order is Final Sale, non-refundable and non-cancellable within ten (10) weeks from the purchase date, regardless of whether any jewelry takes longer than expected due to circumstances out of Jane's control. Client understands that the precious metals, gemstones, and diamonds are specifically sourced for each Made to Order piece which is therefore Final Sale. We share in your excitement to get your new Jane and work as hard as we can to get it in your hands as quickly as possible.
