Jane Jewels Complimentary Shipping Promotion – U.S. Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern Jane Jewels, LLC's ("Jane") promotional offer of complimentary standard shipping on qualifying online purchases within the United States. By participating in this Promotion, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as Jane's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Master Terms & Conditions of Sale (Jane U.S.) which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other communication relating to this Promotion, these Terms shall govern.
1. Promotion Eligibility and Territory
1.1 This Promotion is valid exclusively for orders placed through Jane's official U.S. e-commerce site (www.janejewels.com) and shipped to a valid address within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.
1.2 The Promotion is not valid in U.S. territories or protectorates, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or any military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
1.3 The Promotion is available to end-consumer purchases only. Institutional, commercial, wholesale, or resale purchases are not eligible.
2. Promotional Offer
2.1 Clients who place a qualifying merchandise order totaling two hundred U.S. Dollars (USD $200.00) or more, before applicable taxes and after any discounts or promotional adjustments, will receive complimentary standard shipping.
2.2 Qualifying orders must be completed in a single transaction and must meet the $200 threshold at the time of checkout.
2.3 Complimentary shipping applies only to Jane's standard delivery service. Expedited or express delivery methods are excluded and may be purchased at an additional cost.
2.4 No promotional code is necessary; the shipping benefit will be automatically applied at checkout when eligibility requirements are met.
3. Exclusions and Limitations
3.1 The following are excluded from the Promotion and shall not count toward the qualifying purchase threshold:
(a) Gift cards;
(b) Custom, personalized, monogrammed, or made-to-order items;
(c) Services, repairs, or non-merchandise transactions;
(d) Any items specifically designated as ineligible in the product description or checkout process.
3.2 Shipping to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or remote destinations may be restricted or subject to surcharges and may not qualify for this Promotion.
3.3 Jane reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether an order meets the eligibility requirements.
4. Returns, Adjustments, and Cancellations
4.1 If an order is modified, partially canceled, or returned such that the retained merchandise value falls below the $200 qualifying threshold, Jane reserves the right to deduct the standard shipping fee (as applicable at the time of purchase) from any refund issued.
4.2 All product returns are subject to Jane's standard Return Policy.
4.3 In the event of suspected abuse, manipulation, or misuse of the Promotion, Jane reserves the right to disqualify any order and pursue all available legal remedies.
5. Modification and Termination
5.1 Jane reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate this Promotion at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice, including in cases of force majeure, fraud, or system error.
5.2 Jane further reserves the right to revoke or invalidate the Promotion benefit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that an order was placed in a manner inconsistent with the intent of the Promotion.
6. No Cash Value
This Promotion has no cash value and may not be exchanged, sold, refunded, substituted, or applied to prior purchases or delivery upgrades. It may not be combined with other shipping offers unless explicitly stated.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Promotion shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York.
