Orders received before 6:00 AM ET Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same day (when all pieces in the order are in-stock). Orders placed after 6:00 AM ET Monday through Friday will be processed the following business day (when all pieces in the order are in-stock). Jane does not ship on the weekends or U.S. holidays. Mixed-availability orders will ship once all items are ready to ship. Made to Order pieces will ship in accordance with the lead times noted prior to purchase.

We offer three domestic shipping services to the Continental U.S. and territories (as well as all P.O. boxes):

• Ground Shipping: Complimentary on orders over $200; $9 for all other orders. Please allow 3–7 business days to receive your pieces. Delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days.

• Express Shipping: Complimentary on orders over $500; $18 for all other orders. Please allow 2 business days to receive your pieces. Not available for P.O. boxes.

• Overnight Shipping: Complimentary on orders over $10,000; $45 for all other orders. Please allow 1 business days to receive your pieces. Not available for P.O. boxes.

Please note that complimentary Express Shipping on orders $500+ requires a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
