We will happily accept returns for pieces in their original, unworn condition for Jane store credit or exchange when accompanied by the original sale confirmation within 7 days of receiving your product. We do not offer refunds.
We always want you to be informed prior to making your purchase, which is why this policy is included on each product page in the "Delivery & Returns" section, at the bottom of the checkout page, and linked to on the bottom of every page on the Jane website. All Jane pieces must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. We are unable to accept any return if the product shows any signs of wear or has been used or altered (including third-party modifications or repairs) from its original condition in any way. Merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging and instructions leaflets for a return to be accepted (including jewelry boxes and pouches).
Kindly note that personalized, altered, engraved, and Made to Order pieces, as well as items identified as Final Sale, are not eligible for return or exchange. Certain limited edition and collaboration merchandise may be ineligible for a refund.
A $20 restocking fee will apply per return which is deducted from the credit/exchange value. Return shipping is complimentary for orders delivered to the United States and Canada (a pre-paid label is included in the restocking fee). For all other international orders, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the Client.
In order to process a return within the United States and Canada, you must use our Returns Portal at returns.janejewels.com. Any shipping labels created or shipping costs incurred outside of our Returns Portal will not be reimbursed.
