RETURN POLICY

We always want you
to love your Jane.

We’ll happily accept returns for Jane credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order — as long as the piece is in its original, unworn condition and accompanied by your original sale confirmation.

Please note that refunds are not offered.

How to Initiate a Return

Log in to your My Jane account to start your return online, or visit the Returns Center (for gift returns).

  • A $20 restocking fee applies per return which will be deducted from your Jane credit or exchange value.

  • Return shipping is complimentary for U.S. orders (a pre-paid label is included in the restocking fee).

  • For international orders, return shipping is the client's responsibility.

Any shipping costs incurred outside of our Returns Center will not be reimbursed.

Condition of Returned Items

To be accepted, all Jane pieces must be:

  • New, unused, and in perfect condition

  • Unworn, with all tags, stickers, and protective materials intact

  • Returned with all original packaging and materials, including jewelry boxes, pouches, and instruction leaflets

  • We cannot accept returns showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or third-party modification.

All items are inspected by our returns team for damage or wear. If a return is received that does not meet the required criteria or is missing any original packaging, it will be declined. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with having the item sent back.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized, engraved, or altered items

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Certain limited-edition or collaboration merchandise
