CONSUMER ORDER POLICIES

At Jane, every piece is crafted and delivered with precision and care. Our Order Policies are designed to provide complete transparency—from checkout to delivery—so you know exactly what to expect at every step of your purchase. Please review the summaries below for key details on order processing, cancellations, made-to-order items, shipping timelines, and other important terms. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these policies as part of our Terms of Sale.

Order Processing

In Stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 business hours after confirmation. Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. During periods of high order volume—such as sales or holidays—processing may extend up to five (5) business days. The processing timeframe also applies to orders with expedited shipping.

Made to Order pieces follow their own production lead times, listed on each product page. Once production is complete, these items require up to an additional five (5) business days for processing before shipment. Production and processing times are separate and cannot be shortened, even with expedited shipping.

Orders containing both In Stock and Made to Order items will ship together once all items are ready. Clients may request partial shipment of In Stock pieces in advance for an additional $20 split-shipping fee by contacting concierge@janejewels.com.

Expedited shipping only affects carrier transit time—not production or order processing.

Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed with Jane, it cannot be changed, canceled, or modified. Orders for In Stock and/or Made to Order pieces are processed immediately to ensure quick fulfillment, so please review all product selections, sizes, and billing/shipping details carefully before checking out.

All shipping details—including name, address, and contact information—are final and cannot be updated after purchase, even if a correction request is made promptly. Because orders transmit instantly to our fulfillment partners, Jane cannot intercept, reroute, or amend shipping details once submitted. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the client is responsible for the cost re-ship the package.

Promotional codes and discounts must be applied before checkout, as they cannot be added retroactively.

Price Adjustments

All prices are final at the time of purchase. We do not offer or honor price adjustments, credits, or refunds due to future or past price changes, promotions, or discounts. Once your payment has been processed, the amount you paid is considered final, even if the same product later goes on sale or appears at a different price.

Federal Holidays

Jane's fulfillment centers are closed on all U.S. federal holidays, which may result in extended processing and delivery times. Orders placed on, or within two business days before, a federal holiday may require up to five (5) additional business days for processing. Shipping carriers may also experience delays of two (2) to five (5) extra business days due to limited operations during these periods. These are standard, industry-wide delays and are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or compensation of any kind.

Even when expedited shipping is selected, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays surrounding holidays. Jane fulfills its obligation by purchasing and applying the expedited service, but cannot control third-party carrier operations or delivery speeds during these times.

Customers are encouraged to plan purchases accordingly, as holiday-related slowdowns may extend both order processing and transit times.

Made to Order Pieces

All Made to Order pieces are crafted for you and may require up to twelve (12) weeks from the date of purchase for completion and dispatch. While estimated lead times are provided on each product page, actual production and delivery timelines can vary due to factors beyond Jane’s control, including supply chain delays.

Every Made to Order purchase is final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable, even if unexpected delays occur during the production process. These custom items are created using specially sourced materials—such as precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones—procured exclusively for your order, and therefore cannot be returned or repurposed.

Jane is committed to ensuring that each Made to Order piece is completed with the utmost care and craftsmanship, and will be delivered to you as promptly as possible once ready.

Imperfect Fulfillment & Remedy

If your order arrives damaged, you must report it within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery by emailing concierge@janejewels.com. Your message must include clear photos of the damage, the original packaging, a photo of the packing slip, and your order confirmation number. Claims submitted after this 48-hour window may not be accepted to ensure claims integrity and prevent unverifiable reports.

Please keep all original packaging and materials until your claim has been fully reviewed and resolved. If packaging or evidence is discarded before review, Jane may deny the claim due to insufficient documentation.

For verified transit damage, the only available remedy is product replacementrefunds are not issued under any circumstances. Jane also reserves the right to reject claims that cannot be confirmed as damage sustained during shipping.

Gift Cards

Jane Gift Cards, available in both physical and digital formats, can be purchased directly from janejewels.com or through authorized partners. Digital gift cards are sent via email, while physical cards are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your contact information, as Jane is not responsible for lost or undelivered cards due to incorrect details.

Gift Cards are redeemable only for merchandise on janejewels.com and cannot be exchanged for cash, used to buy other Gift Cards, or transferred for value (except where required by law). They never expire, carry no fees, and any unused balance remains available for future purchases. To check your balance, contact concierge@janejewels.com.

All Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable, even if lost or stolen. Please treat your card like cash. Jane reserves the right to deactivate any Gift Card obtained fraudulently or used unlawfully without compensation.
