Jane Jewels Product Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

1. Introduction and Agreement

Jane Jewels, LLC (“Jane,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) takes pride in crafting jewelry built to last. We stand by the quality and design of our creations and are committed to your satisfaction. These Terms & Conditions (the “Warranty Terms”) govern the Jane Jewels Signature Warranty Program and constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Jane regarding warranty coverage for eligible jewelry purchased from Jane.

These Warranty Terms are incorporated into and form an integral part of Jane’s Master Terms & Conditions of Sale, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Jane Policies”). In the event of any conflict between these Warranty Terms and the Jane Policies, the provisions of the Jane Policies shall govern, except where expressly stated otherwise herein.

By purchasing a piece from Jane and/or submitting a warranty claim, you acknowledge and agree to these Warranty Terms, which form an integral part of our Terms of Sale.

2. Warranty Coverage

2.1 Jane Signature Warranty

Jane offers a complimentary limited 60-day Jane Signature Warranty on all jewelry from the date of delivery of your order (the “Warranty Period”).

2.2 Jane Signature Lifetime Warranty

Select creations from our Luxury Collection include a Jane Signature Lifetime Warranty, as indicated in the product’s "Details & Size" section at the time of purchase.

2.3 Scope of Coverage

The Jane Jewels Warranty covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship-related issues only. Covered defects include, but are not limited to:

(1) Structural integrity issues arising from manufacturing defects

(2) Loose settings or prongs caused by a production error

3. Exclusions from Coverage

The Warranty does NOT cover any of the following:

(1) Loss or theft of the jewelry

(2) Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, fading, tarnishing, or natural patina

(3) Damage caused by misuse or improper care, including but not limited to:

(a) Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or cleaning agents

(b) Water exposure, submersion, or high humidity damage

(c) Accidental damage from dropping, impact, or snagging on external objects

(4) Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by third parties (including resizing), which immediately void this warranty

(5) Any issues arising after third-party interference

(6) Cosmetic issues that do not affect structural integrity

Jane reserves the sole right to determine whether the damage qualifies as a covered defect under this warranty.

4. Warranty Claim Process

4.1 Initiating a Claim

To initiate a claim, visit our Returns & Warranty Center at returns.janejewels.com
and provide the following:

(1) Order details and proof of purchase

(2) A detailed description of the issue

(3) High-resolution photographs of the affected piece

4.2 Review and Approval

Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to review your submission.

If approved, you will receive a complimentary pre-paid shipping label for returns originating within the United States or Canada.

International clients are responsible for return shipping costs.

4.3 Inspection and Repair

Once received, your piece will undergo:

(1) A comprehensive quality review by our design team

(2) A complimentary White Glove Repair

(3) Repairs typically take approximately 4 weeks (in some cases as quickly as 2 weeks or as long as 6 weeks depending on complexity).

5. Remedies and Limitations

Refunds are not available under this Warranty for any reason.

Exchanges are not permitted for a different size, style, or material.

The sole and exclusive remedy under this Warranty shall be, at Jane’s sole discretion:

Complimentary repair of the original piece; or

Replacement of the piece with a substantially similar item

Jane will make all determinations in its sole and absolute discretion, and such decisions shall be final and binding.

6. Additional Client Responsibilities

Jewelry must be returned to Jane Jewels in its original condition for any warranty work to be performed.

Client is responsible for secure packaging of the piece during return shipment. Jane is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit if improperly packaged by the client.

7. Duration of Coverage

The Signature 60-Day Warranty is valid for 60 calendar days from the delivery date.

The Signature Lifetime Warranty applies for the life of the piece, provided it has not been altered, misused, or otherwise disqualified from coverage.

8. White Glove Repair Services

If your piece is no longer covered under the complimentary warranty, Jane offers lifetime White Glove Repair Services at cost to the client, ensuring your jewelry remains as beautiful and durable as the day you acquired it.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Jane Jewels shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, emotional distress, or loss of value, arising from or related to this Warranty.

Jane Jewels’ liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the covered item as stated in these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Warranty Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Modifications and Updates

Jane reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate this Warranty policy at any time without prior notice, provided that such modifications shall not affect any claims submitted prior to the effective date of the change.

12. Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase from Jane Jewels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Warranty Terms, which constitute a binding condition of sale. These terms are available for review prior to purchase and linked in the footer of every page on the Jane website.
