To stand by this commitment, we offer a lifetime warranty from the date of your original purchase on select pieces, covering any defects or issues related to our craftsmanship. Please note, our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones), damage caused by improper care (such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force), or any alterations made by a third party outside of Jane. Jane reserves the right to determine if coverage is applicable in its sole discretion.
Inspection Required
If your warranty claim is approved, you will need to send the affected piece to us for quality assurance review and testing by our Design team.
Complimentary White Glove Repair
If warranty coverage is provided, we will offer a complimentary White Glove Repair and waive all standard material and labor fees.
No Refunds
Refunds will not be issued, nor will exchanges be allowed for a different item, size, or material.
Third-Party Retailers
Pieces purchased through third-party retailers (outside of janejewels.com and/or official Jane pop-ups) may have a different warranty policy. Please refer to the warranty details provided by the original retailer.
Third-Party Repairs
Using a third-party repair service will void Jane's warranty. Jane does not honor warranty claims for items that have been modified after purchase.
Covered Pieces
Not all Jane pieces include a lifetime warranty. Kindly refer to the product details at the time of purchase to see if a warranty is included. Items received through promotions or campaigns may be excluded from our warranty policy.
