In-stock orders received before 6:00 AM ET Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same day (when all products in the order are in-stock). In-stock orders placed after 6:00 AM ET Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the following business day (when all products in the order are in-stock). Jane does not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Items ordered together may not always ship together. Mixed-availability orders will ship once all items are ready to ship (you can contact us to ship ahead in-stock pieces). Made to Order pieces will follow the lead time noted prior to purchase.

Expedited shipping does not expedite or shorten the required Made to Order production timeline (if applicable) and standard order processing period.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a link to track your shipment, where you will find the estimated delivery date.

U.S. Shipping
We offer three domestic shipping services for the Continental U.S. and territories (including P.O. boxes):
- Ground Shipping: Complimentary on orders over $200; $9 for all other orders. Please allow 3–7 business days to receive your pieces (once shipped). Delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days. Some rural addresses may take longer for delivery.
- Express Shipping: Complimentary on orders over $500; $18 for all other orders. Please allow 2 business days to receive your pieces (once shipped). Not available for P.O. boxes. Expedited shipping does not expedite or shorten the required production and processing periods.
- Overnight Shipping: Complimentary on orders over $10,000; $45 for all other orders. Please allow 1 business day to receive your pieces (once shipped). Not available for P.O. boxes. Expedited shipping does not expedite or shorten the required production and processing periods.
Kindly note that complimentary Express Shipping on orders over $500 requires a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

International Shipping

- International Economy: Complimentary on orders over $500 USD; $59 for all other orders. Please allow 3–10 business days to receive your pieces (once shipped).
- International Express: Complimentary on orders over $5,000 USD; $79 for all other orders. Please allow 2–6 business days to receive your pieces (once shipped). Expedited shipping does not expedite or shorten the required production and processing periods.
Jane is not responsible for any international duties and fees incurred with your order. The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
