Processing Time
Jane orders placed before 12 PM EST will be dispatched as soon as the same business day, though it may take up to 3 business days during high order volume periods. Made to Order pieces or those being restocked will note an alternative lead time. All pieces have their lead time listed, so be sure to check the product page prior to purchase. Kindly note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time (if applicable).
Insured Shipping
All Jane orders always come with complimentary fully insured shipping and any shipment $1,500+ requires signature upon delivery. The client is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Jane due to several failed delivery attempts.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, prices and shipping fees do not include Import and Customs Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs, brokerage or other fees that may be levied by the destination country. Jane is not responsible for these fees, nor for customs-related delivery delays. If the client refuses delivery due to government-required costs from the destination country, incurred costs to return the package to Jane are the responsibility of the client. The client is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
