In-stock orders placed before 6 AM ET will ship the same business day. In-stock orders placed after 6 AM ET will ship the next business day. Made to Order pieces will follow the lead time noted prior to purchase. Mixed-availability orders will ship once all items are ready to ship. Jane does not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Insured Shipping
All Jane orders always come with fully insured shipping and any shipment $500+ requires signature upon delivery. Client is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Jane due to several failed delivery attempts. Actual delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and are subject to circumstances beyond our control, including delays by the shipping carrier, supply chain delays, weather events, and other factors. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, prices and shipping fees do not include Import and Customs Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs, brokerage or other fees that may be levied by the destination country. Jane is not responsible for these fees, nor for customs-related delivery delays. If Client refuses delivery due to government-required costs, incurred costs to return the package to Jane are the responsibility of Client. Exchange/Store Credit Only
We always want you to love your Jane purchase. For merchandise under $25,000, we’ll happily accept returns for Jane credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Made to Order pieces or products identified as Final Sale cannot be returned. A $20 restocking fee will apply per return/exchange. Learn more →
