Our digital Jane Gift Card arrives in a digital certificate via email and is recognized and welcomed on the official Jane Jewels website and at our pop-up locations. Best of all, our gift cards never expire.

To purchase a digital gift card, select an amount and add to cart. The virtual gift card can be redeemed online at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to redeem. The digital gift card is valid for U.S. customers only. All gift cards are non-refundable.

Remove your jewelry before doing any activity that risks physical damage. When not being worn, store in a safe, dry place to protect against the elements of daily exposure.
Store pieces separately to avoid damage. Ensure pieces are completely dry before storing.
Delivery & Returns
Orders placed before 11 AM EST will be fulfilled as soon as the same business day, though it may take up to 3 days during high order volume periods. Made to Order pieces or those being restocked will note an alternative lead time.
We always want you to be happy with your Jane purchase. We are pleased to offer easy 30-day returns for store credit or exchange. Kindly note that Made to Order pieces or items identified as Final Sale cannot be returned.
