Jane Sterling Silver

We use 925 sterling silver, a precious metal made from 92.5% pure silver, with an additional coating or rhodium for tarnish protection. Our lightweight, highly durable silver is ethically sourced and derived primarily from recycled sources.

Jane Gold Vermeil

Our vermeil is crafted with a 100% sterling silver base, plated in a thick, durable layer of 14k yellow gold at least 2.5 microns thick—over 500% thicker than standard plating and meeting official FTC guidelines. Hypoallergenic and brass-free, we use only recycled, ethically sourced gold.

Water Durability

Every Jane piece is thoughtfully crafted with the highest attention to quality. While our beloved Sterling Silver and Gold Vermeil are built to stand the test of time, it’s important to remember that those materials are naturally sensitive to exposure to certain environmental factors—such as water, sulfur or strong chemicals—and a patina can naturally develop over time. This is a normal characteristic of these materials and can be minimized with proper care by following our Care Guide and using the complimentary polishing cloth included with every purchase. We encourage mindful wear and care to preserve your Jane’s beauty. In terms of contact with water, our jewelry is thoughtfully crafted to handle the occasional splash, but for lasting beauty, we recommend keeping it away from water whenever possible.

Exchange/Store Credit Only

We always want you to love your Jane. For pieces under $25,000, we’ll happily accept returns for Jane credit or exchange only within 7 days of receiving your order. No refunds. Made to Order pieces or styles marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return/exchange. A $20 restocking fee will apply per return/exchange for insured return shipping. Processing Time

In-stock orders placed before 6 AM ET ship same business day; after, next business day. Made to Order pieces follow the stated lead time. Mixed-availability orders ship when all items are ready. Jane does not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Expedited shipping does not expedite the required production and processing periods. Learn more →

Insured Shipping

Your order will be shipped with with insured shipping. All shipments $500+ requires a signature upon delivery. Client is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Jane due to several failed delivery attempts. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, prices and shipping fees do not include Import and Customs Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs, brokerage or other fees that may be levied by the destination country. Jane is not responsible for these fees, nor for customs-related delivery delays. If Client refuses delivery due to government-required costs, incurred costs to return the package to Jane are the responsibility of Client.
